A clean castle-themed murder mystery party game set in the gloomy town of Graymire. This family-friendly mystery is packed with eccentric relatives, suspicious bank employees, disgruntled castle staff, former business partners, outrageous personalities, inheritance motives, hidden grudges, a group challenge, and the poisoning of the town’s notoriously coldhearted miser.
Murder Mystery Party Game Synopsis:
Archibald Grim was a coldhearted miser who despised nearly everyone in the gloomy town of Graymire. A greedy recluse, Mr. Grim rarely left his castle except to perform his lucrative duties as president of First National Bank. He spent his life hoarding his fortune while spreading hatred, sorrow, and despair throughout the community.
Few residents were surprised when Archibald’s housekeeper discovered his lifeless body inside Grim Castle. It appears that someone slipped the miserable chap a bit of poison. The burning question is—who is guilty? Was the killer a bank employee, a former business associate, a disgruntled member of the castle staff, or a relative eager to claim an inheritance?
The Graymire police have listed you as a suspect in the murder of Archibald Grim. You must report to Grim Castle at the exact time specified on the official notice delivered to your home. Refusing to attend would be dangerous, as the police might consider your absence a confession. This is where your story begins.

My daughter did this game for her birthday party and it was awesome! Everything we could have needed was included and it turned out amazing. We did it at a park under a pavilion, they had a great time mingling and I had hid the clues that needed to be hid around the park structure. It was a great time!
I got this game for my daughter's 12th birthday party and the guests all had a great time! It was a hit! It was very easy to set up (I did the print at home option) and I really appreciated all of the instructions and bonus things -like menu ideas and bonus games. They loved that no one knew who did it and so they all got to try to figure it out. It wasn't too easy- only two of the guests correctly guessed!
I highly recommend and I will definitely purchase more in the future!
I purchased this for my son's 11th birthday party and it was a hit. My only request would be to remove the shopping ads/links on the webpage. Some of the costumes recommended for purchase were a little too adult for my party, so we didn't use the webpage. But this was well put together, and everyone had a great time.
We used this game for my daughter's 13th birthday party and they had a blast!
I really loved the theme of this party and my friends and I so enjoyed this. I purchased this for my 30th birthday to enjoy with friends. Everyone really got into the characters and it helped that the characters had behavioral ticks as well as costume suggestions. In hindsight, I realize we probably should have broken up into smaller conversations instead of one large group conversation all night. We could have used a little more instruction about how we were supposed to play.
