Mystery Synopsis

Alcott Cavendish, one of the wealthiest and most influential figures on Manhattan's Upper East Side, is hosting an exclusive gathering at The Wharton House, a private high-society club founded in 1910. Only the who's who of the rich and famous have been invited to this glamorous evening of luxury. However, rumors suggest that Alcott has an ulterior motive for bringing this carefully selected group together.

An anonymous gossip blogger known as Jack Out of the Box has been exposing the scandals and secrets of New York's elite through social media, a local newspaper column, and a private website. Alcott's legal team has been unable to identify the mysterious blogger, leading him to devise a plan to flush Jack out during the party.

You have received an invitation to the private gathering. Since only a limited number of people were invited, Alcott may suspect that you are Jack. Attending could place you in danger, but failing to appear might make it seem as though you have something to hide. This is where your story begins.
