This instant-download expansion pack adds 5 optional character roles to the main game, increasing the number of assigned roles from 10 to 15 players.

The expansion players receive character backgrounds, suspect information, clues, dialogue, challenges, and materials for each round. They participate alongside the main-game players and are fully integrated into the investigation.

Important: All character packets must be downloaded again when using this expansion pack. Do not use the original character packets from the main-game purchase. This expansion includes updated packets for the original 10 characters as well as the 5 expansion characters. The revised packets contain the expansion-inclusive character list, updated pre-game website information, and forensic reports formatted for the larger group.

How to Add the Expansion Players

After purchasing the main game and expansion pack, the host assigns the additional roles and downloads the complete set of updated character packets included with the expansion.

The host must send every player the appropriate packet from the expansion download, including players assigned to the original 10 main-game roles. Each player should delete or disregard any earlier version of their packet.

The updated packets follow the same gameplay structure for all 15 characters. During each round, players present their assigned clues and/or dialogue while the host keeps everyone on the correct page.

Using the Spectator File

The spectator file allows additional players to participate as detectives without receiving individual character roles or adding more suspect storylines.

The spectator materials follow the same pagination as the updated character packets, helping all players remain on the correct page throughout the investigation.

Important: Only host a video-chat event with a group size you have successfully managed on your chosen platform before. Do not use this party as your first attempt at hosting a large video-chat group, as larger events require additional preparation, platform familiarity, and moderation.
