A slightly haunted mansion murder mystery party game set inside an abandoned 18th-century estate. This atmospheric mystery is packed with small-town secrets, suspicious residents, local legends, blackmail notes, clashing opinions, rumors of restless spirits, and danger at a fundraising gala.
Murder Mystery Party Game Synopsis:
Devonshire Manor is a splendid 18th-century mansion located on the outskirts of Pinehorn. The estate once belonged to the wealthy Devonshire family, who owned more than half of the businesses in town and were treated like royalty by the local residents. After the last members of the Devonshire family passed away in the early 1900s, the manor was left in the care of Pinehorn. Its exquisite architectural features have since weathered, while weeds and tall grass have overtaken the flowering shrubs and ornamental trees that once surrounded the property.
The townspeople have largely neglected the manor because of a persistent legend that the Devonshires still wander its corridors at night. Nevertheless, the mayor of Pinehorn is determined to restore the estate and transform it into a historical bed-and-breakfast that could attract tourists and generate income for the community. Most residents support the proposal, but a vocal group insists the supposedly haunted property should remain untouched.
After clearing away years of dust and cobwebs, the mayor has organized a fundraising gala inside Devonshire Manor to support the restoration project. Pinehorn’s residents will gather beneath one roof, but disagreements over the estate, old grudges, suspicious histories, and carefully guarded secrets may threaten the evening. You have received an invitation to the fundraiser, and this is where your story begins.

I ordered this fir a group of coworkers. We had a fantastic time. The website gave great prompts and ideas. We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!
I had some newbies at the party this year who really enjoyed the kit.
Great fun with a gaggle of mostly 13-year old boys. The setup is incredibly easy thanks to the detailed instructions. The company was very prompt and helpful when I emailed with questions. As a newcomer to mystery games I had a great experience. I definitely recommend My Mystery Party to anyone looking for a fun birthday party!
We had so much fun getting into character and gathering clues to solve this murder mystery. There was more laughter and spontaneity in our group than we have had in a long time.
Just a quick review to help others. The mystery packet was complete and put to together well. I bought this for my granddaughter's 16th birthday - and they seemed to really enjoy the mystery. I put together a formal dining experience and they all stayed in character. We had a little mix-up with the right person finding the victim, but it all worked out okay. I recommend this if you have anyone who likes to solve mysteries. It was well-written and I had to do minimal prep work. And, only one person out of the eight guest was able to solve the mystery.
