We were to have 32 adults, but last minute with one being required could not come. The instructions were easy to follow including the FAQ which answered what to do when someone cannot come. Everyone had a great time dressing up, which included their Irish green. It made a wonderful "60" birthday event. I ordered the expansion kit as well. I like how the instructions say "warning spoiler alert". It made it easy to print and stuff envelopes without spoiling for the host, which is also playing a part.
I have not had the party yet, but the instructions are awesome, and the materials very well written for an interactive party for a somewhat large group (15 in character and 14 non-characters). I will know more if the party is a success in about 6 weeks. This was bought for a club get-together, and I liked it so well, am buying another one for a college friend reunion!
This was the 2nd neighborhood murder mystery party I have hosted and it did not disappoint! We had lots of fun as usual. There did seem to be missing information though...someone was supposed to find the victim but that persons card did not instruct them to do so. It was a little kink that would be nice to clarify in the game materials. My neighbors were requesting another party in just a few months!
We had 32 participants for the "Murder Me, I 'm Irish" evening and it was a huge success. Decorations were easy as we all had St. Patty's Day "stuff" and the directions, the character assignments etc. were easy and clear. Thanks for a great fund-raiser and fun-raiser.
This was a good group of characters. I was very Female heavy this time (8 F 3 M), so it worked out great.
