Murder Mystery Party Game Synopsis:
The prestigious Fordes Magazine is hosting the first annual Midas Awards banquet at the famous Plaza Ritz Hotel. The Midas Award will honor the most innovative CEO—one who demonstrates impeccable leadership, produces extraordinary growth and profits, and exceeds expectations in difficult and ever-changing markets.
The world’s top CEOs have been nominated and are preparing to walk the red carpet. Excitement fills the air as everyone awaits the announcement of the number-one CEO on the globe.
You have a vested interest in your CEO winning this distinguished title. You have secured an exclusive ticket to the awards banquet and will join your CEO’s team of loyal friends, family members, colleagues, and executive staff. You would do almost anything to ensure your company takes home the Midas Award. This is where your story begins.
How Does the Game Work?
The main game includes 10 gender-flexible CEO suspects. Each CEO leads a team of supporting friends, family members, colleagues, and executive staff. The supporting team members are duplicate, non-suspect roles who work with their CEO to investigate the crime.
The game requires a minimum of 50 players: the 10 CEO suspects plus at least 4 supporting players assigned to each CEO team.
Each CEO may lead a team of up to approximately 14 supporting players, allowing the main game to accommodate 150 or more players. Supporting players should be seated with their assigned CEO whenever possible.
The victim is not an assigned player, so everyone remains involved throughout the investigation.
The main game includes:
- 10 gender-flexible CEO suspect roles
- 10 CEO-led supporting teams
- 50-player minimum
- 150-plus-player capacity with only the main game
