The luxurious five-star Karlton-Ritz Hotel is preparing a glamorous charity bash to help protect New York’s endangered bog turtles. The city’s most fascinating personalities will walk the red carpet, enjoy delicious food, play entertaining games, trade juicy gossip, and raise money for the smallest turtles facing extinction in the Big Apple.

Excitement has soared because Robbie Pattenson, star of the enormously popular Enchanted Gnome movie series, may make a surprise appearance. Celebrities, entertainers, athletes, medical professionals, performers, and other important guests hope to meet the famous actor—but several people on the guest list are concealing suspicious secrets and questionable motives.

When the celebration becomes the scene of a kidnapping, the guests must inspect ransom notes, uncover hidden clues, question the suspects, and determine what happened to the missing movie star. Your invitation to the Karlton-Ritz charity bash has arrived, your red-carpet outfit is ready, and this is where your story begins.
