This instant-download expansion pack adds 6 optional suspect roles to the main game and Expansion Pack #1, all sold separately, increasing the total from 20 to 26 suspect players when all are purchased.
All 6 roles are gender flexible and may be added in any combination with the optional characters from the main game and Expansion Pack #1. See the host character list on the main game product page for details.
Frankie Harrison may also lead the optional ER Nurses team included with this expansion pack. Expansion Pack #1 includes the RBC News Crew led by Tele N. Ewe. Each team may include up to 30 or more duplicate, non-suspect team players, allowing the complete game to accommodate 86 or more players.

- The downloadable main game and Expansion Pack #1 must be purchased separately.
- Expansion Pack #1 must be purchased before adding Expansion Pack #2.

- The expansion packs should be added in numerical order because the characters are added to the host lists, invitation, and pre-game website in sequence.
