This instant-download expansion pack adds 6 optional, non-suspect character roles to the main game, increasing the number of assigned roles from 10 to 16 players.
The expansion players receive character backgrounds, suspect information, clues, dialogue, challenges, and materials for each round. They participate alongside the main-game players but are ruled out as possible culprits during Round One, allowing you to expand the group without adding more suspects to the central mystery.
The expansion players also receive additional challenge hints that they may share if the group needs help solving a puzzle.
Helpful Expansion Pack Resources
Use the invitation, character list, player contact sheet, spectator file, and pre-game website included with this expansion pack when adding the expansion roles.
Important: Send the expansion-pack invitation and expansion pre-game website to the expansion players. Continue using the original invitation and main-game pre-game website for the original players, as they may not know the expansion characters before the party.
How to Add the Expansion Players
After purchasing the main game and expansion pack, the host assigns the additional roles and sends each expansion player their individual character packet by email or text message.
The expansion packets follow the same gameplay structure as the main-game packets. During each round, expansion players present their assigned clues and/or dialogue alongside the main-game players while the host keeps everyone on the correct page.
