Detective Hunter Kincaid of the Devil’s Creek Police Department has requested urgent assistance from renowned criminal psychologist Dr. Casey Gold.
Forty-year-old private investigator Benjamin Crum was found murdered inside his home. The case has attracted worldwide attention and is dominating social media.
Ben was also the sole witness in the recent murder investigation of the town’s mayor, raising questions about whether the two deaths are connected.
Six witnesses are under investigation, and each may be hiding information that could expose the killer.
It has been 48 hours since the murder. Evidence is accumulating, timelines are beginning to unravel, and the murderer’s chances of escaping increase with every passing hour.
