Murder Mystery Party Game Synopsis:
In Flamebury Falls, a historic estate known as Craven Gray Manor stands at the edge of town. Wicked events have unfolded at the manor over the years, leading some to believe the property is cursed. Others claim the owners encourage the rumors to attract thrill-seekers willing to visit the town and brave a stay at the estate. Who knows the truth?
Ridley Barnabet recently inherited the family fortune and plans to transform the manor into a popular local attraction and travel destination. Ridley has sent exclusive invitations to a VIP bash, and the town gossips are buzzing with rumors about what may happen when Flamebury Falls’ most prominent residents gather beneath one roof.
There are also whispers that a mysterious society known as The Clear may be involved with the event. The Clear is a top-secret social order that no one can confirm exists, yet everyone shares stories about how its members control the world and manipulate the headlines.
Could The Clear be behind this gathering? Only time will tell, assuming time is willing to reveal the secret.
You have received an invitation to the gathering at Craven Gray Manor.

While the game had very little to do with the 80's. We still had a good time playing and dressing up. The game was of decent difficulty. Most of us guessed the killer versus the time we did a 8/10 difficulty, where no one guessed the killer.
I've purchased 4 of these kits over the years and I think this is the best one of the group. Also, while there is a lot of setup with a downloadable kit if you follow the instructions properly they work great.
This went over so well and we all had a blast! Definitely doing more!
Hosted this party with 14 people and everyone had a blast. This was my third murder mystery with this company and I thought the included videos, bonus clues and riddles were a nice touch. I'd recommend splitting up your guests into teams and offering bonus clues as incentives for solving the riddles because some people were not into it at all. Personally I felt that the forensic report was overly complicated, and that because of it it was obvious who the killer was. Few plot holes confused some people though (i.e employees of the mansion having a tour as an alibi, someone supposedly went outside during the murder but the Clear supposedly locked everyone inside.) Fun time for sure but not quite 5 stars for those reasons.
We hosted this party on Saturday night. Our guests had a blast and already have asked if we would host another murder mystery party. I will say that the setup is time-consuming so consider the boxed set.
