1980s Murder Mystery Party Game Synopsis:
Polly Abdool is throwing a totally tubular VIP album release party for her best friend and international pop icon, Debbie Gribson! Hosted at an exclusive Beverly Hills hotspot, this glitzy soirée is in honor of Debbie’s brand-new album Eclectic Youth! But that’s not all. Debbie is also launching a signature fragrance line by the same name, which is essentially glamour, gossip, and glitter in a crystal bottle. The guest list? Bodacious. It's stacked with Hollywood elites, chart-topping icons, and fashion-forward yuppies who will kill the red carpet with gnarly shoulder pads, hair teased to the max, and stilettos sharp enough to slice through a glam band power ballad.
And guess what?
You received an invitation! But as you scan the guest list, you want to gag yourself with a spoon. A few names spark more dread than delight. Old flames. Bitter rivals. Two-faced posers with killer cheekbones and sharper tongues. Whatever! You’re going, anyway. This is where your story begins.

This was great! So fun and so easy to put together. Our teachers had a BLAST!
This was such a fun party! Many of my guests loved the nostalgia of the 80s and the characters that represented popular 80s figures. We had so much fun and the evening went so smoothly no one was lost on what to do. My guests also went above and beyond in dressing for their characters which made it even more immersive. I would highly recommend this mystery.
We had the best time celebrating my 50th birthday with this murder mystery. Everyone really got into their characters and we all had a totally tubular time! Highly recommend!!
We loved this game. So easy to follow. Dressing up for the 80’s was eventful and see other costumes.
Great game. We have played others in the past and we enjoyed this one so much! Very easy for our guests to follow and understand. Not difficult to setup but do it with plenty of time. I received texts and calls today about how much fun it was! Highly recommend this 80’s game and highly recommend encouraging guests dressing up.
