A totally nostalgic 1990s murder mystery party game set during a secret Y2K survival meeting in Beverly Hills. This stylish late-’90s mystery is packed with Hollywood celebrities, technology tycoons, pop stars, fashion icons, millennium paranoia, secret alliances, emergency planning, suspicious motives, retro scandals, a group challenge, and murder among society’s elite.
Murder Mystery Party Game Synopsis:
It is 1998, and paranoia surrounding the predicted Y2K bug is rapidly spreading. Experts have warned that when the clock strikes midnight at the beginning of the new millennium, computers could misread the year and trigger a worldwide disaster—or at least something along those lines. Tensions are high, moods are foul, and the end of the world might be on the horizon.
An elite group of high-society figures has formed a cloak-and-dagger alliance to prepare for the impending apocalypse. The members will meet for the first time at an unassuming secret location in Beverly Hills. Careful planning will be essential if the world’s computers reset to 1900, causing power grids to fail, financial markets to collapse, and travel to grind to a halt.
You have been included in this exclusive survival group. You must arrive on time with your best ideas for weathering the Y2K storm. This is where your story begins.

We loved the 90's themed Prognosis: Murder pack. The introductory video helped set the scene for all the participants (none of us had done a murder mystery party before), and the clues prompted us to mix and mingle well. As the host, I was also able to get into the spirit of the party as well. Most people guessed the murderer, but not everyone, so it was a fun difficulty level too. I would recommend this murder mystery party!
It was so awesome to have the bast package plus the #1 package for 4 more guests. It was a blast and it was a great celebration for my wife's 30th birthday.
The game was fun overall and very well thought out. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Recommendations:
The team riddle was not really related to the theme or anything for that matter. Seemed a little out of left field which kinda disrupted the flow of the game.
The overall theme for this particular game was 90s Y2K, but it really didn’t tie into the actual gameplay.
