Mystery Synopsis:

It is 1985, and after losing market share to sweeter competitors, Koko-Cola has revised its classic formulation and named the new beverage Best Cola. The CEO, Martin McFly, is hosting a huge bash to celebrate the release and has invited the Who’s Who of the entertainment industry to attend the party. With so many Yes Men fluttering around Mr. McFly, he’s blinded to the reality that he is one of the most dreadful men in the world. He’s stolen ideas, broken hearts, slashed egos, and even kidnapped the beloved pets of foes when it suited him.

Alas, you are one of the ‘80s icons that received an exclusive invitation to this event. Mr. McFly has wronged you in the past but needs your fame to help launch Best Cola. It should be interesting how this all plays out. This is where your story begins.

YOU WILL RECEIVE:

    Righteous Murder Mystery

Posted by Unknown on May 13th 2020

We did this Murder Mystery for a 12th birthday party. The overall review was that the girls enjoyed solving the crime. If I were to do this again with this age group, I would pick one of the games designed for kids. The group we did this with had some trouble with some of the words and some of the topic discussions were a little long for them to listen to all the details....it may have helped with this age group if we had not included the expansion pack as that took more to listen to each round. The mystery itself was very well done which is why we gave it 5 stars. I would have just picked a different one for the age group we did this with.

    Great Family Friendly Fun

We did this party as a virtual Mother's Day party with guests from 14 - 75. The entire group enjoyed taking on these characters and solving the mystery. We had 13 playes and also used the expansion pack. We really enjoyed the optional pre-game and I recommend using it, it gets people in the character mindset and adds to the excitement and interaction. We used Google Meet for our party (due to Zoom sucurity issues) and had a great time. If you are looking for a way to bring together a group across the miles, this is a great way to do it.
