Murder Mystery Synopsis:
The historical Anonville Manor closed for business years ago because of a desperate need for restoration and daft rumors of ghost hauntings. The previous owners abandoned the rundown property, never turning back.
A secretive entrepreneur purchased the old bed & breakfast. The property has undergone renovations, and the owner announced to the media that the manor is free of paranormal activity, and has been restored to the pristine caliber of the good ole’ days when the estate was frequented by the rich and famous. The proprietor has chosen to remain anonymous, but the townsfolk have found that choice to be quite mysterious. An exclusive group of guests have received invitations to the grand opening dinner party to be held in the legendary Majestic Ballroom of the estate. You are on the guest list. You are intrigued, but apprehensive, as not everybody on the invite list gets along well, and sparks could fly. This is where your story begins.

VERY EASY MURDER
I did this with a group of 9 people. The instructions are very detailed. We all had a great time, but we figured out the murderer very quickly. It was obvious who was going to get murdered too. The difficulty was hard according to the website but I disagree. -------------------- From MMP STAFF: We are super glad you had a blast at your mystery party. We just wanted to note that our games are extensively beta tested and we listen to feedback from hosts. We will pass along your review, but we are going to stand with the difficulty rating at this time. Thank you for your helpful review!

Fun but a lot of directions!
We ordered the game to download for a game at home. It was A LOT of pages , over 75!!. The instructions are single spaced and a lot to take in. I think this could definitely be simplified. Thank you for breaking up the Covid-19. Doldrums. ---------------------- From MMP STAFF: We are glad you enjoyed the game. As of 2021, the game has been updated to separate the host instructions, printables, and solutions. There are only 38-45 pages to print in the kit. Thank you for your valuable feedback!

So much fun - Not for Beginners
We did this for our New Years Eve party this weekend . It was a blast!! The game had great outline for the host. People are already talking about doing another murder mystery next year with hopes of it being an annual tradition. Everyone got into playing the game. We had a ton of laughs. Only downside was I didn't listen to the other posts. It was our first time ever trying a murder mystery. Unfortunately nobody solved the mystery. That was NOT the games fault. The game is very detailed and easy to host. If this is your first time playing or hosting I would try something a bit easier.

Very fun but maybe not for beginners
We have never done a murder mystery before. We used the first 8 characters that were required. As the host I got myself very familiar with the instructions given to me by My Mystery Party. This was such a fun idea and the experience is completely one of its own. I would say that this level of difficulty might have been poor planning on my part for the first one ever. We were surprised at how much thought and effort had to be put into solving it and found that the party died down and people started getting frustrated toward the end of the 2nd round. We all agreed that this is something we will continue to do but we will just have to be work our way up the latter!

Mysteriously Fun
The game was great, no one guessed who the murderer was, everyone had a great time. Thank you for making the games easy to follow & the flow was continuous. The side games were good as well to give breaks while dinner & dessert was being served.

Great party!
Played this game with a group of 14. People really enjoyed getting into character. Only two of the guests correctly guessed the murderer, so I stand by this being a fairly difficult game. We loved it! Definitely would recommend to others.
