A masquerade ball murder mystery party game for 8-18 players, ages 14 and up due to difficulty. This is an in-person, face-to-face formatted game. Characters are flexible gender, so this game may be played co-ed, all female or all male. There are two expansion packs available (purchased separately) to include 40 unique player roles. Also, the game is expandable to up to 200+ players with duplicated team players.

Murder Mystery Synopsis:
Bloodworth Falls is an isolated town plagued with scandals. The townsfolk bicker in the streets, and many believe the local government is corrupt. Nevertheless, the mayor is hosting a mysterious masquerade ball in the old Bloodwood Castle. The tickets to the event have sold out in record time. The townspeople are curious to discover why the mayor would put effort into doing something positive in this hopeless town of gloom. Anticipation for the event hangs thickly in the air, and many are already hunting for the perfect mask.
You are worried about what will happen when toxic people come together this night. You are alarmed, as you didn't purchase your ticket - somebody placed it in your mailbox in an unmarked envelope. Somebody wants you there, but you're unsure why. This is where your story begins.

Fun but complex
I used this game at a Halloween party where most of the guests didn't know each other. It served as a great icebreaker and got everyone talking. The game is very detailed which made deciphering the information and figuring out what to share and what to hide somewhat difficult. I definitely would only recommend this game to adults for this reason. I also would strongly suggest buying the game well in advance so that you can send out the optional pregame round. It's intended to build excitement for the party, but I feel it would have made the plot easier to follow and the murder easier to solve having spoken to some of the other guests and gathering information before the party.

the company who make these murder/dinner parties think of everything. they make it so easy to through a fun party that keeps everyone guessing. we will make these parties and annual thing as long as they keep offering them.

Super fun. I played it for my sweet sixteen with 14 other girls. We had so much fun they want to have another one next year. Only advice I would give would be to hand out the who done it paper to people with the first clue so they can write down what they know or not hand them out(they aren't necessary) highly recamend this SUPER FUNx9999999

Hosted for work, was not disappointed.
I hosted this party for a work event and first: thank you for not putting sexual content and bad things to make it awkward - I've played other games in the past and it was a nightmare. Second, the game was so fun to play - there was a ton of thought that went into this experience and I thank you for that! Will return for another and this author is the only one I trust.

THEY'RE STILL TALKING ABOUT IT!
We used this product for our daughter's surprise16th birthday. We had 18 teenagers playing and it was awesome! She was so surprised to walk in the door and everyone was dressed up and had masquerade masks on. They loved it and want to do it again! Even friends who didn't come are now wanting to do it! Instructions were easy to follow. Thank you!

Excellent game
Wow! Geez, our group was so over the top dramatic with this game and it was hilarious. Accusations flying, motives swirling around and BAM - a murder! This was an unbelievable night and I just want to thank this company for putting such a great product out there for us to enjoy.
