This is a challenge-based mystery party - not as much of a roleplaying experience as the traditional mystery parties, but more focused on three rounds of challenges to find the mole among the group. Mingling with clues is secondary to the challenges.

Note: this game does not have a victim sign because it is a unique, non-murder mystery party game. The host will be provided with 3 challenges each round (9 total) and you are required to host one per round. The remaining games can be played after the mystery is over. With some of the bonus game options, some regular household items or other props (i.e. balloons, marshmallows) may be required. However, the game can be played with what is included in the printed and prepared download.
Mystery Synopsis:
Dr. Percy Peabody has invited you to his mansion in Dead Hollow for a VIP dining experience. On this night of mystery, he will plant a saboteur among the dinner guests and pose a series of unremitting challenges the guests will have to conquer in order to receive clues about the spy among them. The one who correctly guesses the saboteur's identity will leave the mansion unscathed with a piece of the Peabody fortune. The guests who guess incorrectly…well…let’s just say the stakes are high on this night.
Dr. Peabody has invited you to attend this exclusive event. Will you take the challenge and risk everything for a life of luxury? This is where your story begins.

Fun time!
We are a family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens) and played with another family of 6 (2 adults/2teens2kids). It was a lot of fun. The adults and teens were the required 8 characters and it was wonderful to have gender neutral names and also optional characters we could assign to the smaller kids. I wish we hadn’t done it at dinner though - I’d recommend doing a buffet of appetizers, snacks, etc. I also highly recommend the chopsticks challenge for round 3! We added M&Ms as an added bonus. All the rounds were fun. I will say our spy had no clue, and I think the overall clues to his/her identity are tough. Overall, it was great, and we will play it again with neighbors and just be hosts.

Definitely go with older players for this --
This is a TRICKY one, and such fun - the team challenges were HILARIOUS and a good break from wracking our brains trying to figure out the spy clues. Take note of the age minimum and revise upwards if you're working with a crew who gets frustrated easily. It's completely fine to NOT figure out the Spy (other than the whole dying thing), and people who were clueless still had a good time, but this is DEFINITELY a good mental exercise for those who are good with locked-room mysteries and stumping clues.

Great Fun!
So much fun! My guests are still talking about our spy dinner party. Even my quiet friends had fun with this. We had 14 people and it took close to 3 hours to complete. Highly recommend if you are looking for laughter and great memories.

Fantastic Fun
This was our first time using My Mystery Party and it was great! Everyone had a great time and it made for an amazing evening of fun. One of the nine in our group guessed the spy. Great fun, highly recommend

MORE fun than we planned on!
Sending a HUGE THANK YOU to the creative writers of this Mystery package! I had fun planning the evening & even more fun watching it unfold as each character came to life! My teenage daughter wants me to plan her Bday the same way because she's jealous that she missed out on the fun! I am SO EXCITED!

So much fun.... Great teen party
This was the first party for any of us to ever do. We did it for a church youth group. It was a hit. We will definitely do another one. The package was well put together and so easy to do. My only regret is in the excitement of it all I forgot to take pictures.
